All international students are requested to apply Letter of Study Permit upon their acceptance at Diponegoro University. This documentation then will be used to proceed the Student Visa. Here are the steps to obtain Letter of Study Permit

Letter of Study Permit is issued by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia.

Requirements

Letter of Acceptance / Letter of Offer
Diploma / Certificate of Graduation
Academic Transcript
Passport (minimum validity: 30 months)
Formal Photograph
Curriculum Vitae / Resume (contains a complete home address with ZIP code)
Declaration Letter to obey the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia (Download Here)
Letter of Financial Guarantee (Download Here)
Health Certificate from an accredited hospital
Letter of Statement for COVID-19 Compliance (Download Here)
